Jerry Lou (Stratton) Snook

Jerry Lou (Stratton) Snook, 76 years of age, died Tuesday May 28, 2019. She was born December 24, 1942 in Seymour, Indiana to the late Clifford and Luella (Massena) Stratton and was retired from St. Elizabeth Maternity Home as the Head House Parent after many years of service. She was the widow of James M. Snook, attended Northside Christian Church, and was a member of the APET Shrine Guild. Survivors include son, James C. Snook (Becky); daughter, Luanne M. Snook; four grandchildren, Corey Boes, Sara Beach (Cory), Jacob Snook (Abby), and Bryan Boes; three great grandchildren; and son-in-law, Rob Boes. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday, June 3, at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany with her funeral service at 2 p.m. Monday in the Kraft Spring Street Chapel. Burial will follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana. APET Shrine Guild Memorial Service at 1 p.m. Monday at Kraft Funeral Service Spring Street.
