AUX SOINS DE
Woody Funeral Home Huguenot Chapel
Naomi Daniel Clements, 96, of Midlothian, VA, went to be with the Lord on April 26, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband Stuart, daughter Linda Farrar, and siblings Marvin, Trenton, Arietta Ellett, Genevieve Leslie, and Della Ellett. Naomi is survived by her sons Stuart Jr. (Lee) and John; son-in-law David Farrar; grandchildren Michael Farrar (Kaylee), Adam Farrar (Lexi); great-grandchildren Lydia and Ezra Farrar, and several nieces and nephews including Jan Clarke, Judith Freeman, David Ellett, Jerry Ellett, and Jimmy Ellett. She also is survived by her niece by marriage Nancy Ellett.
Family and friends fondly remember Naomi’s beautiful smile, the twinkle in her eyes, and her outgoing personality. A woman of deep faith, she was a longtime member of Bethlehem Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for decades and served as a deaconess. Naomi was devoted to her family and cherished every moment spent with them. As family members married, she enthusiastically welcomed their spouses and made them feel right at home. Naomi was an avid reader, liked to crochet and sew, and savored all of life’s sweetness, especially chocolate.
A Celebration of Life service will be on May 1, 2024, at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 9600 Midlothian Turnpike. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. The service will start at 11 a.m., and will be followed by a graveside service at the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
