Helen Joyce Ivey

IVEY, Helen Joyce, age 76 of Midlothian, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 27, 2013. She was born April 26, 1936 to James and Helen Corker in Charlottesville, Va. She was a member of Bethany Place Baptist Church, Richmond. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Daniel Marshall Ivey, Sr. and by a son, Daniel Marshall Ivey, Jr. She is survived by her sons, Donald M. Ivey (Staci) of Chesterfield, Va. and David M. Ivey (Laura) of Lexington, S.C.; 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Monday, April 1, 2013, at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at Bethany Place Baptist Church, 1501 South Providence Road, Richmond. Entombment to follow at Dale Memorial Park.
