Earnest P. Miear Jr.

Earnest P. Miear, Jr., 69, of Evington, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Lynchburg General Hospital. Born February 7, 1945 in Lynchburg, he was the son of the late Earnest P. Miear, Sr. and Arlene Campbell Miear and was also preceded in death by a brother, Garland Cox. He was a former employee of Wilson Heating & Air. Survivors include his sister, Barbara Reynolds and husband J.B. of Lynchburg. A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Virginia Memorial Park with the Rev. Tommy Tucker officiating
