Barbara Overstreet Trent

Barbara Overstreet Trent, 83, of Forest passed away Monday, April 26, 2021 at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Harold Loyd Trent. Born in Lynchburg on August 27, 1937 she was a daughter of the late Bennie Overstreet and Vernie Overstreet. She was a member of Living Word Baptist Church. In addition to her husband and parents she is preceded in death by a brother, Charles Overstreet. She is survived by her children, Becky York and her husband Colby, lll of Madison Heights and Samantha Craft and her husband William of Forest; one brother, Reggie Overstreet of Forest; four grandchildren, Zac Stinson, Charity Stinson, Amber Owen, and Ethan Craft; five great-great grandchildren, Phoebe Stinson, Evelyn Pruesse, Ava Owens, Jase Owens, and Jaxon Owens. A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 am Monday, May 3, 2021 at Virginia Memorial Park with Pastor Jonathan Falwell and Stephanie Rhodes officiating.
