William Hughes

William L. Hughes passed away peacefully, at 90 years of age, on Sunday, April 2, 2023. Bill was born in Kokomo, IN and was a lifelong resident. He was predeceased in death by his loving parents, Cecil and Zola Hughes, his brother Bob Hughes, and his niece Debbie Conwell. He is survived by his beloved sister, Barbara Hughes Brown, brother-in-law, Edward Brown, nephews Ed Brown and Gary Carter, nieces Kelly Brown Duncan and Katie Brown Mallard, two great nephews and several great nieces. Bill retired from the State of Indiana Civil Service System. He had many hobbies including politics, reading, fishing, and playing golf. A graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens on Thursday, April 6 at 11:30 a.m.
