John Bradly Archer

John Bradly "Brad" Archer, 47, of Kokomo. passed away at 5:58 PM Friday May 3, 2019 at his residence. Born May 22, 1971 in Kokomo he was the son of John Archer and Lela Mae (Goodman) Archer. He was a 1989 graduate of Kokomo High School, then took courses at Ivy Tech. On May 19, 2012 in Kokomo, he married Kelly Ann (Phillips), and she survives. He was employed Archer Excavating for 8 years, then drove for Diamond Trucking prior to working for Chrysler for five years. He enjoyed being outdoors, working on cars, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a member of UAW Local #685 and Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is survived by longtime companion Kelly Archer of Kokomo; his parents John Edgar Archer and Lela Mae Archer of Kokomo; one son Jeremy Paul Archer of Galveston; two daughters Dannielle (Cameron) Lykins of Walton, Savannah Archer of Galveston; two grandchildren Scarlotte and Killian Lykins of Walton. He was preceded in death by one brother Jeremy Leon Archer. A Celebration of Life will be 3:00 PM Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 332 W. 300 South, Kokomo, Indiana, 46902. Bishop Dennis Marler will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2-3 PM Wednesday at the church.
