Rev Dr James Arthur Williams

Rev., Dr. James A. Williams was born March 23 1918 in Paducah, Kentucky. The only child of Laura and Arthur Williams. Pastor Williams transitioned to his heavenly home, Saturday, December 27th, 2014 at the age of 96 years and 9 months. He Pastored New Baptist Church and retired in April of 2005 after 47 years of service. Visitations will be held on Friday, January 9 2015 from 2 P.M. to 8 P.M. at New Baptist Church, 1211 Martin Luther King Street and on Saturday, January 10 2015, from 10 A.M. to 12 Noon at Friendship M.B.C., Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 10 2015, 12 Noon at Friendship M.B.C., 1301 N Goodlet Avenue.
