Karen S. Pigg

Karen S Pigg’s lovely soul passed away Feb. 22nd 2024. Karen was a guiding light to so many people. Karen was preceded in death by her parents Dick and Rosa Ellis. Karen will be lovingly missed by her husband Bill Pigg, her two daughters Alicia Hasbrook and Courtney Peterson and her husband Trevor, her five grandchildren, Jake, Tyler and Abby Hasbrook, Reese and Blake Peterson; brothers Charlie and John Ellis, sister Donna Ellis, nieces Katie & Serita Ellis, Gabby Stedman, and nephew Evan Ellis. Karen loved cooking, cook books, romcom movies, Days of our Lives, traveling to warm locations of the world and her family❤️ Karen graduated from Ball State and Indiana University with a masters degree in Exercise Science. Karen became a Physical Education Teacher. Then as Co- Owner of Peak Performance Fitness for 37 Years, Karen guided so many to better health and wellness during her time at Peak. Lastly, Karen was a “giver”. She gave her husband comfort. She gave her undivided attention to her brothers, sister and especially her daughters. She gave her grandbabies, nieces, and nephew much joy. Karen was especially good at giving LOVE to all her family and friends. She left this world giving. For Karen S Pigg was a DONOR. “We miss her already”.
