Joe Wesley Cooper

Joe Wesley Cooper, age 62, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020. Joe was born February 23, 1958 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Joe proudly served in the U.S. Army. He worked for the Indianapolis Public Library. He was a member of the Phillips Temple CME Church. Joe is survived by his beloved wife Melody Conaway Cooper, mother Betty L. Cooper, brother Edward R. (Linda) Cooper, sisters Beverly Bartkowiak, Wanda Frierson, Melissa Cooper and Wendy Cooper. A graveside service for Joe will be Saturday, November 21 at 11 am at Crown Hill Cemetery. The service will be lived stream on Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Facebook page. Due to Covid -19 social distance and face mask will be required and a limit of 50 people.
