Michael A. Curtin

Our much loved brother, Mike, left this earth on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. Mike was a 1973 graduate of York High School and worked for Solo U.S.A. for 30 years before his retirement in December of 2021. Mike was an avid golfer and a dog lover. He had two wonderful dogs that he loved and cared for in his life; Pete, a loyal German Shepherd, and Doc a loving and sweet Bernese Mountain Dog. Both dogs were devoted to Mike and gave him great joy in his life. Mike made the best mashed potatoes that will be missed at holiday dinners. Born on November 23, 1955, Mike was predeceased by his parents, James L. Curtin and Grace S. Penny Curtin. Mike is survived by his brother, James of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, and by his twin sister, Mary Ann of Richmond, Virginia. He is also survived by several cousins scattered across the United States and many local friends and colleagues. All of us will miss our brother and friend. Services to be announced at a later date.
