Trudy Ann Johnson, 67, of Fort Wayne, died on Friday September 9, 2016. She was born to the late Charles and Mirl Smith on June 1, 1949 in Fort Wayne, IN. She is survived by her daughter Tonya (Shawn) Fisher; son Troy (Ann) Johnson; brothers Bill (Dee) Smith and Pat (Amy) Smith; sister Char (Steve) Hormann, Sally Hanson and Sue Hopkins; sister in-law Linda (Larry) Ballman; mother in-law Margaret Johnson; grandchildren Charlie Fisher and Kailani Johnson and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Terry Johnson. Funeral service will be Klaehn, Fahl, and Melton Funeral Home 420 West Wayne St. on Thursday September 15, 2016 at 11am with calling from 9-11am. Pastor Paul Shoemaker officiating.
