Jackie "Jack" Fultz

Jackie “Jack” Fultz, 73, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on November 28, 2021. He was born on July 21, 1948 in Middlesboro, Kentucky to the late Walter and Virgie Fultz. Jack is survived by his wife Alice; daughters, Michelle, Tanya, Gayeleen; sons, Jeffrey and Jackie; and sisters, Mae Beeler and Kay Laws. He was also preceded in passing by his brother, Bill; and sister, Lois. Visitation will be held from 1-3pm and 5-7pm on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home- Lake Avenue 1140 Lake Avenue Fort Wayne, Indiana 46805. Service and burial to be held in Harrogate, Tennessee.
