Evelyn I. Evard

EVELYN "DOLLY" I. EVARD, 93, passed away on Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Tiffin, Ohio, Evelyn worked as a packer with Seyferts Potato Chip Co. for 22 years, retiring in 1991. She enjoyed bowling and played on various leagues. Surviving are her son, Ralph A. (Joyce) Evard of Jacksonville, Fla.; grandchildren, Rochelle (Ed) Scott of Gainesville, Fla., Kristi (Stephen) Campbell of Geneva, Fla. and Rudy (Tonya) Wells of Jacksonville, Fla.; great-grandchildren, TJ, Ellie, Liam, Trevor, Amber, Rudy, and Jessica; and great-great- grandchild, Layne. She was preceded in death by her son, Raymond H. Evard; and daughter, Rose M. McFarland. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015, at the funeral home.
