Delores J. (Grimes) Fox

Delores J. (Grimes) Fox, 90, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022. Born on March 30, 1932, in Paulding, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Mildred (Thomas) Grimes, and retired from General Electric, Fort Wayne. Delores is survived by her Children, Darlene (Jimmy) McMillan of Guntown, Mississippi, Patty (Jerry) Johnson of Hicksville, Ohio, and Darl (Johnna) Fox of Round Rock, Texas; nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Sharon Cooper. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Darel Fox; her children, Bonnie Criner, Sam Fox, Bob Fox, and Marie Fox; granddaughter, Kimberly Fox; sister, Alice Pollard; and special partner, Louis Hedges. A funeral service to honor Delores' life and legacy will be held at 1:30pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. A calling will also be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
