Carol J. Stanek

Carol J. Stanek, 84, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Hickory Creek Retirement Home in Kendallville, IN. She was born December 19, 1935 in Fort Wayne, IN. to the late S. Ray and Helen Raber. Carol graduated from Central High School in 1954. She retired from Pepsi-Cola with more than 20 years of service. Carol is survived by her children, Tera (Lawrence) Shoudel of Garrett, IN: Michal R. Stanek of Fort Wayne, IN, Barry J. Stanek of Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren, Jamie (Jeremy) McCann of Avilla, IN, Kyle Shoudel of Garrett, IN, Autumn (Anthony) Boggs of Fort Wayne, IN; and four great-grandchildren. Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. Stanek in 2006; brothers, Lawrence Raber, Lester Raber, and Robert Raber. A private funeral service will be Thursday, December 10, 2020 at C.M.Sloans and Sons Funeral Home (1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne).
