Jason Frederick Downing

Jason Frederick Downing, 33, passed away on January 4, 2019. Jason leaves behind to cherish his memories his loving mother, Sharon Brier-Downing; his 3 beloved sisters and brother-in-laws, Amy and Abram Denton, Christine Gorham and Rodney Askelson, and Lori and Cesar Naveda; his precious nieces and nephews, Soraya Denton, Kian Denton, Ariana Denton, Grace Gorham, Mason Askelson, Josie Askelson, Olivia Naveda, and Cesar “Trey” Naveda III; his cherished girlfriend Samantha Fraser; and a lifelong family friend, Gail Duncan. Jason is preceded in death by his father, Earl Frederick Downing. A visitation for Jason will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 3 pm to 5 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm. A celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 11, 2018 beginning at 11 am. He will be laid to rest next to his Father, Earl Frederick Downing. All services will be held at National Funeral Home and National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Virginia 22042.
