Mrs. Shirley Jean (Van Bibber) Singh

Shirley Jean Singh, 59, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2022, at Hospice Heart to Heart. She was born November 11, 1963 in Evansville, Indiana. Shirley enjoyed cooking and crafting. Helping others gave her great joy in life. She is preceded in death by her parents, Shirley and Melva Jean (Lichtenberger) VanBibber; and her beloved son, Roger Dean Brown; siblings, Debra Cannon, Michael VanBibber, and Mary VanBibber Shirley is survived by her husband, Ranjit Singh; children, Dustin Roxbury, Amanda Roxbury and Kellie Roxbury; grandchildren, Tristen Dillman, Mikaela Dillman, Josslynn Gonzales, Landon Fuqua, Aurora Roxbury, Mason Jeffers, and Connor Roxbury; sisters, Barbara VanBibber, Pamela VanBibber and Brenda Gentry.
