Sandra Kay Decker

Sandra Kay Decker, 62, of Wadesville, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019. She was born in Smith Mills, KY to the late Randall Smithey and Dorothy Hill. She loved spending time with her grandkids, family and friends. Her hobbies were reading, listening to her favorite music, working with the plants in her garden, fishing and camping. Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Ray Decker, Sr.; son, Clifton Ray Decker, Jr., and grandson, Blaze M. Crowley. She is survived by daughter, Shanna Crowley (Timmy); son, Ray Decker (Kendra Loveless); grandchildren, Cody Decker, Damion Crowley, Danielle Crowley, Ian Decker, Keira Decker, Cailyn Decker, Jamie Decker and Melody Fowler; several great-grandchildren, and brother, Bobby Smithey.
