Mary Catherine Moss

Mary Catherine Moss, 89, of Evansville, died Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at Deaconess Hospital. She was a charter member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and volunteered as a librarian at the church school. Mary was a very loving person who enjoyed spending time with her family and liked to play cards. The family would like to especially thank Linda, Kelly, Jana, and Kerri at Deaconess Hospice Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lilbon “Dit” Moss. Mary is survived by her daughters, Beverly LaCross (Ed) of Tacoma, WA; Cindy Fortner (Mac), Mary Kay Neal; sons, Bob Moss (Charlotte), Pat Moss (Deann); 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. A Mass will be held Saturday, 10:00 AM, August 21, 2010 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 918 W Mill Rd, Evansville, IN. Friends may visit Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander North Chapel where a Rosary service will be conducted at 7:00 PM. Friends may also visit on Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Holy Redeemer.
