AUX SOINS DE
Alexander Funeral Home-West Chapel
Mary Louise Lintzenich, 78 of Westfield/Evansville, passed away February 16, 2015, at Westpark Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Evansville, IN to the late William Cotton and Dolores (Green) Head of Evansville, Indiana.
Mary was a graduate of Reitz High School Class of 1954 and attended John A. Logan Jr. College. She loved life and was always cheery and fun to talk to. From the time she was a little girl, Mary’s passion was painting and drawing; she was an artist and a very creative individual who tried to bring beauty into the lives of everyone with her work and sunny disposition. Her family members are each fortunate to have pieces of her artwork to enjoy as a remembrance. Even though Mary encountered many serious illnesses, she hung onto life to the very end and always found ways to enjoy and appreciate life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Joseph Lintzenich Sr.
Mary is survived by her children, Suzanne Marie (Craig) McDonald of Westfield, IN, William (Billy) Joseph Lintzenich, Jr. of Fenton, MI and John Gregory (Anna) Lintzenich of Joliet, IL; grandsons, Anthony Walls, Ryan Wilhoite and Aaron Wilhoite; and sister, Margaret Sue (Susie) Spradley of Evansville, IN.
A funeral mass will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 27, 2015, at Alexander West Chapel. Friends may visit with the family Friday from 12:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Diabetes Association or The Heart Association. Condolences may be made online at www.AlexanderWestChapel.com.
