Billie E. Garwood

Billie E. Garwood, passed away peacefully at Woodbridge Care Center, Evansville, IN, on Sunday, September 10, 2023. She was born on November 10, 1930 in Indiana, to the late William and Nina (McFall) Thacker. Billie is survived by two daughters, Theresa (Fred) Freeman, Barbara (Keith) Conway; son, Paul Kessler; 3 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; 2 brothers, Jim (Linda) Thacker, Jerry Thacker; and sister, Carol Shiver. She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Ryan Lloyd; sisters, Kathleen Rudisill, and Bettye Henze; and brother, Jack Thacker. There will be a private family service at Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery. We would like to give a special thank you to Mrytle and Mika who so lovingly took care of our Mother.
