Aaron Wayne Wolf, 71, of Evansville, IN passed away Sunday, July 14, 2024. He was born in New Albany, IN on June 4, 1953 to the late Charles R. and Alline (Jordan) Wolf.
Aaron was employed at Rolling Hills Country Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and time with grandchildren and great grandchildren. Aaron was always willing to help others. As a boy, he was an Eagle Scout and a member of the Order of the Arrow.
Aaron is survived by his wife, Sylvia (Paul) Wolf; mother-in-law, Melita Lupfer; daughter, Rebecca Barnes (Larry); son, Michael Wolf (Alayna); brother, Michael Wolf (Chris); sisters, Marilyn Elsea, Jeanie Monie, Melissa Langford (Harry), and Rhonda Gayle Radford (Steve); sisters-in-law, Sheila Wedding and Mary Lovan (George); grandchildren, Brittany Crawford (Joseph), Whittney Wolf, Brianna Barnes, Waylen Wolf (Kylie) and Logan Barnes; great grandchildren, Zoie, Zariah, Samuel, Keegan, and Kallie; niece and nephews, Alison Liles (Cole), Zachary Vaughn and Anthony Leavell; many great nieces and nephews; close friend, Darrell Halsey; and friends and coworkers at Rolling Hills.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024 at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Family and friends may visit on Thursday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
