Hilal Saleh Syouf

Hilal Saleh Syouf, 70, of Colonial Heights, VA passed away in VCU Medical Center April 11, 2018. Mr. Syouf was retired from the U.S. Army as an E-8. He was a member of Special Forces serving in many areas of the world. Upon retirement, he was a security/corrections officer at Fort Lee, VA. He was well liked and respected by family, friends and neighbors. Surviving Mr. Syouf is his wife Shirley Hawkins Syouf of Colonial Heights. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 11:00a.m. in the chapel of Clore-English Funeral Home. Interment will be in Culpeper National Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or the Salvation Army. Condolences may be given at clore-english.com.
