Charles Harry Hall

Charles "Dick" Hall, age 91, of Dyer, IN passed away peacefully on Monday, August 28, 2023. Charles is the loving husband to Helen Hall for over 70 years; beloved father to Charles H. (Kim) Hall, II, Lola (the late Gene "Bud") Curry, Everett Allen (Melinda) Hall, Tracy Neal (Miriam) Hall, and Timothy Dean Hall; proud grandfather to Heather, Christopher, Sean, Hank, Jackie, Sam, Josh, Courtney, Laney, Dustin, the late Elizabeth, and Nathan; great-grandfather to 16. Charles honorably served in the United States Navy. While stationed in Key West, he met and married the love of his life, Helen. The couple relocated to Northwest Indiana, where they raised their family in Hammond and Griffith. He retired after many years of service at Linde-Air in East Chicago. Visitation will be Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the time of his Funeral Service at 12:00 noon at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307.
