Kate Reilly Muggleworth Clark Holmes, 37, of Selma, died Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at Community Hospital in Anderson.
A Connersville native, Kate was born January 9, 1982, the only child of Richard and Sandra Jobe Muggleworth. In 2000, she graduated from Connersville High School where she had been active in band and as a member of the golf team. Time spent on the beach as well as swimming was special to Kate. She loved anything associated with fashion and collecting antiques. Kate was a member of St. Gabriel Church and had attended St. Malachy in Brownsburg. She had been employed as an administrator in education, most recently in Florida.
Kate is survived by her husband: Lee Nicholas Holmes, whom she married December 23, 2017 in Bradenton Beach, Florida; twin children: Molly Reilly Clark and Mason Everett Clark; her father and step mother: Richard H. and Linda Muggleworth of Muncie.
Kate is preceded in death by her mother, who died January 11, 2009; her first husband: Duane E. Clark; and her grandparents.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at St. Gabriel Church in Connersville with Rev. Dustin Boehm officiating. Interment will follow in section B of Dale Cemetery. Friends may visit at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel, Connersville from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 5 and after 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
