Franklin Allen Eppard

Franklin Allen (Frank or Frostie) Eppard 83, of Charlottesville, VA, departed this life on July 18, 2024. Frank was born May 24, 1941 to the late Dewey Franklin Eppard and Appie (Taylor) Eppard. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Josie Shifflet, and Joyce Dickerson, and a grandson James Poole. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Janet O’Conner Eppard, daughter Bonita Morris (Frank), son Fredrick Eppard, Brother Hollis Eppard, Granddaughter Virginia Morris, and Grandson Josh Eppard. Frank worked for 30 years for Blue Ridge Sanatorium, he also loved to talk on the CB radio where he gained the name “Frostie”. Frank loved to camp and spend days with his dog “Charlie”. Frostie loved his CB friends and will dearly miss talking with them. At this time no services are scheduled for Frank.
