Alma "Bobbie" Roberta Burruss

Alma Roberta “Bobbie”Burruss departed this life on September 15, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Nathaniel Williams and Roberta Alma B. Williams. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her two daughters; Ashley Williams and Mychal Williams; five siblings Darryl Williams, Terry Williams, Valerie Yarney, Iris Williams and husband Charles, Jonathan Williams and wife Jennifer; six grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. She was known to co-workers and friends for her vibrant and friendly nature, which has left a lasting impression on many in her community. She loved anything lemon but the sourness was not a reflection of her heart. Mommy in your favorite words” we love you mucha mucha”. Forever and always you will be in our hearts, until we meet again, Ashley and Mychal. Please join us in celebrating her life beginning at 11am on  Friday, September 27, 2024 at Teague Funeral Service, 2260 Ivy Road Charlottesville VA 22903. Viewing and visitation will be held from 11:00am - 12:30pm with a Celebration of Bobbie's Life to begin at 12:30pm. Interment will  immediately follow at Monticello Memory Gardens. We ask if you would kindly wear red, blue and or cowboy attire.
