Kemmie Mariea Abrahams

Kemmie Mariea Abrahams, 65 of Bloomington died Monday, December 1, 2014 in her residence surrounded by her family. She was born January 9, 1949 in Bloomington to Herbert Harris and Betty Smallwood Harris. She married Geoff Abrahams on April 15, 1972 and he survives. Other survivors include her son, Jonathon Abrahams of Bloomington; her daughter, Christina Abrahams and her husband Mike Davis of Unionville; three grandchildren, Michayla Abrahams, Jacob Lemble and Melodie Abrahams of Unionville; a brother, Terry Harris and his wife Betty of Georgia; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and several nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Sandra Harris; and a brother, Steven Harris. Memberships include Family Life and Worship Center. Her only two passions in life were her church and her grandchildren. Funeral Services are scheduled for Friday December 5, 2014 at 1:00 PM in Family Life and Worship Center, 8449 N Foxhollow Rd, with Pastor Tracey S. Noel officiating. Visitation is scheduled prior to services from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Deremiah-Frye Mortuary, Greene & Harrell Chapel.
