Evelyn Wade

Evelyn Wade, age 82, of Bloomington, went to be with the Lord Monday, October 8, 2012. She was born in Bloomington on May 20, 1930 to the late George Fearman and Cora Fearman Wilson. She was raised in and attended Second Baptist Church. She was retired from Indiana University having served in the cafeteria for many years. Evelyn enjoyed reading her daily word, crosswords and puzzles. She loved her Lord and her family-especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Cora Perrin Thompson (David Sr.) of New Castle, PA, Noah Wade Jr.(Georgianna) of Spencer, IN, Malcom Wade of Bloomington, IN, Crystal Taylor (Robert) of Loganville,GA, Minkah (Gregory Wade) of Houston, TX. Her Grandchildren Kim, Nikia, LaKisha, Noah, Caleb and Ethan. Great Grandchildren Christopher, Kenya, Quentin, Lakaya, William, Paris and Zion. Sisters Gloria Chandler of Cleveland, OH and Marion North Alexander (George) of Alton, IL. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She will be greatly missed by many. She was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Wade Sr., her son William O. Perrin Jr. Brothers and Sisters, Herbert Fearman, William P. Fearman, Eunice Jackson, Mildred Buster, Dorothy Hammond, and Loretta Nixon. Graveside services for Evelyn will be Thursday October 11, 2012 at Valhalla Memory Gardens at 10:00am.
