Our facility was built in 2002 to better serve Texarkana's growing community. In addition to East Funeral Home - Moores Lane, our firm offers another location on Olive Street in historic downtown Texarkana. East Funeral Home on Olive Street is our original location, providing compassionate, personalized funeral care since the late 1800s. This longstanding commitment to the Texarkana community provides a direct link to the region's rich history.

History

At East Funeral Home, we have provided funeral and cremation services to the Texarkana community since 1898, when Elias C. East founded the business. For more than a century, our commitment has remained unchanged and yet our funeral services have always responded to the changing needs of our community.

Two convenient locations

To better serve you, our firm offers 2 locations, each with its own distinctive atmosphere: East Funeral Home and East Funeral Home - Moores Lane. Our newest location, East Funeral Home - Moores Lane, was built in 2002 and is situated north of town to better serve Texarkana's growing population.

In 2009, we became a member of the Dignity Memorial network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers.
