History

Funeraria del Angel Restlawn was established in 1948 in El Paso in the downtown area now known as the Segundo Barrio. As the city expanded, the funeral home moved to the corner of Mesa and Yandell streets, where we served families for many years.

In 1999, Funeraria del Angel Restlawn built a new funeral home building at 8817 Dyer St., across from the main entrance to Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Since that time the space has been remodeled, adding an expanded catering room, an intimate stateroom, rock features, and an open foyer to make the space even more comfortable.

Today, we continue our decades-long tradition of serving El Paso-area families with the utmost respect and care, and we’re proud to be a member of the Dignity Memorial® network of funeral, burial, cremation and cemetery service providers.
