Singing Hills Funeral Home was constructed in 1972 on the east end of Laurel Land Memorial Park. Singing Hills Funeral Home has a rich African-American heritage with a reputation for providing personalized attention and exceptional care.

Sitting area at Singing Hills Funeral HomeThe red brick facility at Singing Hills Funeral Home sits on impeccable grounds. On University Hills Boulevard, just south of Red Bird Lane, the funeral home includes a cozy family room that seats 45 guests and four visitation rooms that can be combined to form two adjoining rooms. In addition, the newly renovated funeral chapel seats up to 350 guests and contains a hand-painted mural that depicts the opening of the heavens.

From a direct cremation without a memorial service or a witness cremation to a full funeral service before or after the cremation and more, we help you understand this increasingly common choice—and handle all of the cremation arrangements. If you wish, cremated remains can be placed at our affiliate, Laurel Land Memorial Park.

The cemetery offers many choices for memorialization, whether you prefer in-ground interment, mausoleum entombment or a memorial choice specific to cremation. Should you wish to use Laurel Land Memorial Park as your or your loved one’s final resting place, we would be happy to connect you with a member of the cemetery staff.
