Cremation and entombment options

Whether you prefer traditional cremation memorialization or mausoleum entombment, at Limerick Garden of Memories, we will help you choose the final resting spot that is right for you and your loved ones.

Our most recent mausoleum, the Good Shepherd Mausoleum A, houses our new Fox Meadow Glass Niches, which can accommodate up to 4 urns. We recently added our Fox Meadow Hedge Estates, which offers estates that each accommodate 2 to 4 family members. Each estate includes a granite upright monument with vases and a bench.

For families who choose cremation, Fox Meadow also has columbaria available. In addition, our customized cremation pedestals can accommodate up to 4 cremated remains and be placed at various locations throughout the cemetery property.

Chapel and mausoleum

With its stained-glass windows, pews and service area, Good Shepherd Chapel and Mausoleum resembles a church and is a gathering area for committal ceremonies. The beautiful facility also offers a comforting and peaceful place to hold services during inclement weather. To more effectively meet your funeral needs, Limerick Garden of Memories is closely affiliated with Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home.

We Honor Veterans

At Limerick Garden of Memories, we are honored to serve America's veterans and military families. As a Level One Founding Community Partner with We Honor Veterans, our staff is knowledgeable of the benefits available to veterans and their families. With respect, integrity and dignity, we will walk you through the steps of creating a veteran's memorial service that truly honors the life and sacrifice of your loved one.

Our veterans garden and mausoleum serves as a focal point during our annual Veterans Day services and a star figurine adorns the top of the mausoleum to recognize each branch of the military. We also have columbaria dedicated to veterans that fly the American flag and flags from each military branch.

History

Limerick Garden of Memories was established in the late 50s with the first burial taking place in 1960. It was originally farmland owned by the Hunsberger family and then later Lester Meck and Robert Standt. Tony, Gerry and Bill Pino began actively managing the land as a cemetery in the 60s. In 1995, we joined the Dignity Memorial® network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers. To this day, we continue the traditions set forth by our founders while evolving with the changing needs of the diverse Limerick community.
