Ivy Deneen Price

Ivy Deneen Price, 59, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2024. She was born on May 2, 1965 in Harrisonburg and was the daughter of the late William Henry Price, Jr. and Annabelle Pryor Price. Ivy graduated from Harrisonburg High School and was an USDA Inspector for more than 30 years. She enjoyed cooking and was vice president of USDA Union. She is survived by a son, Blayke Price; one grandchild, Nariya Price-Johnson; a sister, Sonya Corbett and husband, Joseph, all of Harrisonburg; a special aunt, Shirley Howard of Staunton; her cat, Diamond; and numerous cousins. In addition to her parents, her grandmother, Helen Price preceded her in death. A Home Going service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 18, 2024 at First Baptist Church, 611 Broad Street, Harrisonburg, Virginia, with Rev. Costella Forney officiating.
