Retired Navy Chief Warrant Officer (CWO3) Francis M. Embrey passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021.
CWO Embrey was a graduate of Yorktown High School in Arlington, VA and served in the U.S. Navy for over 26 years.
He is survived by his three children, Lois K., Cynthia L., and Gareth E.L.; four grandchildren, Alexander, Zackery, Noah, and Joshua; and six brothers.
CWO Embrey will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery.
