He was born in Denver, Colorado, May 3, 1955, son of late, Thomas Sandoval, Sr. (†) and Lilly (LeDoux) Sandoval (†) . He is survived by his wife, Brenda Sandoval and daughter, Dominique Sandoval, son, Leo Sandoval (†) and his canine companion, Buddy.
Tom had four sisters, Freda Guererri (†), nephew, Joshua (Beth) Lang, niece, Angela (Tim) Sotelo, Carol (Orrin) Gullickson, nephews, Jon and Lee Gullickson, Theresa Bay, Kimberly Archuletta, nephew, Anthony Sandoval, niece, Clorinda Chavez, nephew, Max Chavez and nephew, Roger Archuletta. Mother in-law, Rita Lynch, father in-law, John Lynch (†), brother in-laws, Rob and Johnny (†) Lynch. He also had numerous great nephews and nieces.
Tom graduated from high school in 1973 and shortly after enlisted into the United States Marine Corp. It is there he achieved his passion as an air traffic controller. At the time of his passing, Tom was employed by Logmet at Laguna Airfield at YPG as an air traffic controller.
