Rosie was born in Yuma, Arizona, on August 24, 1929, to Vidal and Teodora Gonzales, and married the love of her life, Reymundo “Ray” Solis, in 1955. She had a passion for music and loved dancing. No matter the genre, she always found joy in the sound. Everyone was welcome in her home, and it was often full of family and friends enjoying her cooking, especially her tortillas. Rosie dedicated her life to her husband, daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her compassion and love are reflected by these family members, who have felt her care and share it with the world around them. Through them, Rosie’s love will never fade.
