Richard Dean Proctor of Yuma, Arizona passed away at the age of 85 years old on April 29, 2014 at the Yuma Regional Medical Center. He was born on March 30, 1929 in Luther, Oklahoma. Richard was a proud veteran of the US Army and was a Electronics Technician.
Richard is survived by his wife, Dorothy Proctor of the home.
