Jason B. Croutch at age 44, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2011. He was born May 12, 1966 in Yuma.
Jason graduated from Yuma High in 1984. He had worked for Southwest Gas for 14 years before becoming a full time photographer. He was the owner and operator of JBC Photography; it was not only his business but was Jason's passion in life. He also photographed his families, weddings, birthday's, senior portraits and reunions. He taught 4H youth groups in photography for 13 years, and was an avid nascar fan, #3! He loved being in the mountains. In the family he was known as Mr. Fix it. Most of all he loved spending time with the love of his life and daughter.
Jason is survived by his wife Melynda; daughter, Merydeth (Arthur Sandoval) Croutch; father, Harvey (Patty) Croutch; step-father Marshall Milliner; brothers, Ryland (Tracy) Croutch, Harvey (Karen) Croutch, Mark Milliner, Bill Manary; sisters, Deanna Croutch, Monica (Corey) Scudder, Lisa Taber; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jason was preceded in death by his mother Dodie Milliner.
Services will be held at Johnson Mortuary Chapel, Friday, March 11, 2011 at 12:00 p.m.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Manary, Corey Scudder, Mark Ellsworth, Ryland Croutch and Harvey Croutch.
