Lucky had graduated from Yuma High School in 1956. He had served in the U.S. Army and was a self-employed Insurance Adjuster for over 40 years. He loved watching his grandchildren participate in extracurricular activities, especially sports.
Lucky is survived by his sons, Lucky (Claudia) Arvizo and Edward (Ada) Arvizo of Yuma; five grandchildren; brother, George (Lupe) Arvizo of Somerton; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carmen Arvizo; parents, Eraclio D. and Theresa Arvizo; brother, Theodore Arvizo; and daughter, Sandra Arvizo.
Visitation will be held at Johnson Mortuary on Monday, February 7, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Graveside service will be held at Desert Lawn Memorial Park on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.
Pallbearers will be Junior Atherton, Kevin Kehl, Lucky Arvizo IV, Sam Garcia, Kirk Valadez, and George Bustos.

Eraclio Arvizo
Eraclio Arvizo, 73, of Somerton, died Feb. 1, 2011, in Yuma.
He was born Dec. 11, 1937, in Somerton, was a self-employed insurance adjuster and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
A wake will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Johnson Mortuary. A graveside service will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Desert Lawn.
