Chuck was my roommate Freshman year ('75-'76) at U.C.  From the very beginning I could tell that he was smart (whom else would take Russian as a language elective) and full of life.  He loved his family,
his friends and the promise of things ahead.  We would talk about everything, but mostly how negative things needed to be changed to bring positive results.  A very good man, that unfortunately over
the years I lost track of, whom left each of his friends with saddened hearts.  "Do svidaniya" and rest in peace Chuck!!!

Charlie was a family man he loved his kids and his friends.  He was very bright....but very troubled I wish he could have found the help and the peace that he was looking for.  Many blessings Charlie I still have your little girl Kloe.. I know you wanted me to name her E-Katerina.... She's doing great and I will always treasure her and the memories of you here in Mount Shasta California.
