Ann is survived by her beloved son Larry Autrey and his wife Carolyn of Yuma, AZ. Grandchildren, Jayme and Robert Griffith of Spring, TX and their children Anabelle and Henry, Grant and Thuy Autrey of Phoenix, AZ, and their son Rohan. Her son-in-love, Tom Dyson and his wife Margaret of Yuma, AZ. Grandchildren, Alicia and Trey Leftwich of Euless, TX and their children Annie Christa, Dyson Joy, and Aubrey Kay, Alan and Kari Dyson of Grand Junction, CO and their children Nathaniel, Lukas, and Gabriel. Her long time caregiver, friend and honorary family member Debra Myers.
Ann was preceded in death by her loving husband of fifty-seven years, Alfred L. Autrey and her beloved
daughter, Judy Autrey Dyson. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend.

Ann Autrey was a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma and was a member of the Pride of Oklahoma Marching Band. Ann was a Sooner through and through. Ann taught music in Texas and Oklahoma prior to moving to Arizona in 1956. She began working with Yuma School District #1 in 1957 as a vocal, string and instrumental teacher. Later becoming the District Coordinator of Music until her retirement in the mid 1990's. Ann was the recipient of Yuma's Citizen of the Year 1986. Following retirement, Ann remained active in the music and arts community around Yuma and the State of Arizona and played the trumpet in the AWC Community Band until her 90th Birthday.
Ann was a long-time member of First Christian Church in Yuma, where she was active in music, playing the trumpet in the praise band and the Director of the Crossroad Singers. She was also an active member and leader in the Christian Women's Club.

M. Autrey. All are invited to wear Grannie's favorite colors red, white and blue. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Hospice of Yuma or to the Yuma County Arts Alliance.
Al and Ann Autrey led their family to honor the Lord and love others. They believed in God, Family, and Country.
While her family will miss her and her loving and spirited personality, we are blessed to have called her our Gran. As always, we love you a wholes-a-bunch and don't you ever forget it! Over and out and BOOMER SOONER!
