Charles Millard Rice

Charles Millard Rice, born June 2nd 1957, passed calmly on the early morning of November 13th, 2018. Born in Larned, Kansas and raised in Colton, California, Charles grew to attend Colton High School. Before graduating in 1975, he spent his time loving and excelling at any and every sport, especially golf. His passion for sports carried throughout his life and became a huge part of who he was.

He leaves behind his oldest daughter Julie Rice, her husband and his son-in-law Junior De La Cruz, their children, and his cherished grandchildren, Emalee, Ashlee, Rylee, Steven Charles “Chuck”, along with his youngest daughter, LeeAnn Rice, his step-daughter Nikole Saputo, and her children, Caleb and Brayden.

He will be loved and remembered as the wonderful grandfather, father, brother, uncle, and friend he was. May he forever be at peace.

For those who would like to attend, a celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 30th, at the Yucaipa Valley Golf Course Chapman Pavilion at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Any condolences may be sent to his daughter Julie at 585 W Mill St Colton, CA 92324.
