Steven Rogers, 58, a lifelong Yonkers resident, died on Tuesday December 26, 2023 at his residence.
He was born on June 7, 1965 to Franklin and Josephine Rogers in Yonkers where he was raised and educated. Mr. Rogers was a retail clerk at the Lake Avenue Pharmacy in Yonkers for several years. He was a longtime parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. Survivors include two brothers, David and Charles Rogers. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews, Mathew Rogers, Melissa Rogers, Jessica Rogers, Raymond Rogers and Jim Rogers. He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Mark Rogers. Memorial visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Wednesday 5-9pm. A memorial mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church on Thursday January 4th at 9:30am. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
