Martha Clarke

She was born on July 25, 1934 to Albert and Anna Rudolf Mattman in Jamaica, Queens. She was raised and educated in Queens. Mrs. Clarke was a dietician at the Richmond Children’s Center in Yonkers for several years until her retirement. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s Church in Yonkers. She enjoyed reading, going to the movies and going to Broadway shows. She is survived by a son, William Clarke and his wife Liz of Kingston, NY, three daughters, Linda Clarke of Mitchell, SD, Deborah Enderle of Glenolden, PA and Sharon Menzel of Bronxville and a brother, Stephen Mattman of Florida. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Michael, Eric, Riannon and Emily. She was predeceased by her ex-husband William John Clarke and a sister, Dorothea Mauz. Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Wednesday October 25th from 2-6pm with a funeral service to take place at 5pm. Final disposition will be private.
