Maria Ramirez nee Rivera was born in Puerto Rico on November 6, 1934 to Primetivo and Heraclia Rivera. She worked for Bell Telephone in New Jersey and later moved to Yonkers. She passed on April 15, 2012 at St. Johns Riverside Hospital in Yonkers. Maria will be greatly missed.Visitation will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Wednesday April 18, 2012 from 2 to 4pm & 7 to 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday April19, 2012 at Christ the King Church at 10am with interment to follow at Kensico Cemetery.
