Kathleen M Gray

Kathleen M. Gray, age 98, a 55-year resident of Yonkers, New York passed away, of natural causes, on her birthday Sunday March 3, 2019. Kathleen was born March 3, 1921 in Manhattan, NY to John Quinn and Mary O'Rourke. She was married to Arthur J. Gray at St. Luke's RCC in the Bronx, NY. Kathleen spent her life as a house wife and avid reader, enjoying law, murder, and mystery novels. Previously, she was an active member of the Charles Cola Community Center where she enjoyed line dancing.

Kathleen is survived by her sons; Arthur (Jamie) of North Fort Myers, FL, James (Beth) of Cortland Manor, NY, Michael (Connie - deceased) of Yonkers, and Kevin (Patricia) of Yonkers, NY. She is also survived by her sisters: Eileen Casserly of Yonkers, NY and Elizabeth Novak of Queens, NY. Additionally, Kathleen leaves behind 6 grandchildren who cared for her deeply.

Kathleen is predeceased by her husband Arthur Gray, son, Robert W. Gray, sister AnnaMay Celli, and brother John Quinn.

Visitation for Kathleen will be held Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home, 168 Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10703. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christ the King RCC, North Broadway, Yonkers, NY 10703. Internment to immediately follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, 114 Sprain Rd, Yonkers, NY 10710.
