For those who were fortunate to know her would tell you that she was one of the kindest, sweetest, and gentle souls you would ever meet. Always putting other’s in front of her own needs, she would welcome and cook for the many who would stop by the “Hanney Dew Drop Inn” every Saturday for a Notre Dame Football Game or some kind of sporting event. Never a complaint and always had something good to say for everyone she knew. But her greatest source of joy was her family and grandchildren who she adored so much! May her kind demeanor be a blessing to all of us. Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Wednesday October 2nd from 4-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart on Thursday October 3rd at 9:30am. Interment will follow at Kensico Cemetery.
