Federico Medina, 86, died on Wednesday January 12, 2022 at the Bainbridge Nursing Home in the Bronx.
Federico Medina was born July 22, 1935 in Gurabo, Puerto Rico. He married Dolores Alvarez and together had 6 children, 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandkids. He was a simple man. He loved his wife and his children. He believed in God. Federico Medina, was not a perfect man but he rose from his humble beginnings to impact his children and grandchildren. Among them there are teachers, social workers, police, members of armed forces, janitorial workers, preachers, artists, housewives, entrepreneurs, and others that make our world a better place to live. Thank you, dad, until we meet again. Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Sunday 3-7pm. Final disposition is private.
